You've even got the term down - babywearing. I plan to babywear with the next one. I'm looking at some different slings - Mei Tei, Beco, Peanut Shell, etc. I have a Snugli, but it only works up to a certain point. Some of these last up until they're almost toddlers...and can be used as soon as they're born. :)
